CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but rather it focuses on competency in each of the ten recognized fitness domains; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
Our Workout of the Day combines metabolic conditioning, gymnastics movements and weight training. CrossFit is for everyone; any age, any experience level and any athletic ability.
