After learning and developing competency in the basic CrossFit movements, Athletes can choose to attend the Intermediate Level II Classes where you will see heavy skill based movements and tougher workouts. The intensity, pace and energy is much higher in these classes as the athletes are more confident in their abilities and in pushing their intensity threshold. The class is run by a CrossFit Instructor who provides guidance and coaching as needed.
This “Firebreathers” class is our Level II or Intermediate group class. Members must test in to the class by passing our current Level II “Intermediate” Athletic Skills Test.
*It normally takes a CrossFitter between 1-3 years of consistent training to be ready to ʻattemptʼ to test in to this difficult class.
These classes are offered at various times throughout the week.
