Phase I is a perfect fusion of interval training, NAVY SEAL PT Programming, CrossFits basic movements, and conditioning (cardio).
PHASE I is perfect for anyone who is looking to increase their fitness level before entering into our regular Crossfit Simi group classes or looking to add an amazing new fitness program into their existing workout regimen. A hybrid of boot-camp, strength and conditioning, PHASE I will deliver results desired by those looking to get lean, increase their fitness capabilities and have fun. This is Crossfit Simi Valleys own and original program.
PHASE I classes are about 45 mins and designed for everyone, regardless of current physical fitness capabilities. PHASE I classes are action packed, energy driven and intense. Add PHASE I into your schedule today and start seeing real results and enjoying a new fitness program.
